FLIGHT INFORMATION - GENERAL
Please note if you select a package with group air, you will be asked to choose your preference of flight itineraries during the registration process!
Two Itineraries for Group Air: We are offering TWO different itineraries for on the group air to Telluride, both on United Airlines. There is a limited number of seats available on each of these. When you register for the trip, you will be asked to designate your preference for Itinerary 1 or Itinerary 2. Details and flight numbers may be found in the Telluride Flyer. Please review the flyer before registering if you are including group air! Seats on each itinerary will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for both is the same.
Booking on your own with Mileage Plus Points: The non-stop flight to Montrose has become a very full flight, and this has driven up the price (along with the number of points needed to lock in a seat). Currently there are NO seats available in Economy, only Preferred, Coach Plus, and First Class. If you booking with points, Itinerary 2 (a connecting flight through Denver) might be a better option (book with less points, plenty of available seats).
2026-2027 EPIC PASS INFORMATION AND OPTIONS
If you are planning to ski Telluride plus other trips on the Epic Pass this season:
You will need a FULL EPIC PASS for Telluride (not the EPIC LOCAL PASS). A full pass will also give you access to all of the other Epic destinations that WASC is planning for 2026/2027, including Epic "partner resorts." Our Spring Trip to Mont Sainte-Anne, Quebec, April 1-4 will also require a Full Epic Pass. You will receive a $50 instant rebate when you go to purchase your pass using the link and discount code below.
How many days of skiing will I have at Telluride? A FULL pass will afford you a total of seven days skiing/snowboarding at Telluride Ski Resort for the 2026/27 winter season. You will also receive 50% off lift tickets at Telluride once all seven days are used.
Can I use a mobile Epic Pass on my phone at Telluride? No. A PHYSICAL (card) pass is needed for Telluride; you cannot use the mobile pass on your phone.
I’ve already purchased an Epic Local Pass. Can I upgrade to a Full Pass? Yes. If you have already purchased an Epic Local Pass, you may upgrade your pass to the Full Pass as long as Epic passes remain on sale (usually until sometime in December). If you purchased your Epic Pass through our WASC/SkiGroup.net portal, you will soon be receiving an activation code from Epic and can upgrade after you complete the activation. If you purchased an Epic Local Pass on the Epic website or through another portal (i.e. the NJSSC’s site), you can upgrade your pass by logging into your Epic account. Upgrades are permitted until Epic passes are no longer on sale.
If you are ONLY planning to ski Telluride with us, and are not planning to do any other Epic trips this season:
To access Telluride, you must purchase a DAY PASS for a minimum of 4 days, and it must be the ALL RESORTS DAY PASS.
If you purchase an ALL RESORTS pass for 4-7 days, you will also receive a $50 instant rebate.**

*ABOUT GROUP LIFT TICKETS
Group lift tickets will be available for Telluride after Epic passes go off sale. They will be available until January 25, 2027 via a proprietary WASC/SkiGroup.net link. Purchasing a multi-day Epic Day Pass is still the best value for our group. The link for group lift tickets will be sent via email once available (probably in December).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ROOMMATES/EXTENDED TRIPS
Our trip leaders will do their very best to pair you with a roommate, but ultimately cannot guarantee you a roommate. We highly recommend that you try to find a roommate, if possible, before signing up for a trip. In the event that we cannot match you with a roommate, you will be notified and given the option of taking a single room if available (at an additional cost), or backing out of the trip.
Please contact Judy Milloy if you have any questions.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Refunds on trips are not guaranteed, per the terms of our Event Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you wish to be assured a full refund for any or all of our trips.
