In the last couple of months, I have received many inquiries about our
club from people potentially interested in membership. As I found myself
repeating our membership requirements, I realized that becoming a
member is the easy part. But being a member of WASC requires
more. What are the qualities of a true "chunger?" Is there a
definition of what a true "chunger" is? A real Watchunger:

Waits patiently for the snow, is one who has an
Avid interest in the sport of skiing is one who is actively trying to
Teach others about the joys of skiing, is an
aCtive participant in meetings & activities, has a
Healthy respect for other members,
volUnteers to work for the club's benefit, is
Not afraid to deal with the elements,
Gives selflessly to the club, tries to provide
Entertainment and humor, and shows
Respect for the traditions of the club
