Watchung Ski Club at Cathay 22 |

Monday 6/22/09 the Watchung Ski Club began its Summer Adventures in Ethnic Cuisine with Chinese food at Cathay 22 in Springfield. This restaurant is an upscale Chinese restaurant with a bit more atmosphere and delicious food. If you have not been there before, we recommend it. The group had a large round table in the private back room. A huge lazy susan in the middle of the table made it easy to share entrees.
